SURREAL AND POP DIMENSION, BOLD REALITY, FLUORESCENCE, A JOURNEY THROUGH THE SWEDISH LANDSCAPES. READ OUR INTERVIEW TO DISCOVER SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE ARTIST.
Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Other than being Swedish, I guess I’m a visionary artist and conceptualist. Having worked within the literary field for long, as poet, literary critic and editor, I’m now fully enjoying the modern art through digital 3D practice.
Describe your art with 3 words.
Poetic, dreamy, outerworldly.
Describe David with 3 adjectives.
Pompous pasolinian italophile.
What are your greatest professional strengths?
I’m graced with this core poetic inside of me, that’s never fading. And it’s something I can use for whatever artistic genre or medium.
Why your IG account color palette is full of pink?
The pink neon, at least to me, is the strongest abstract and emotional hue for bridging interhuman communication, and the agent of so many sentimental values. It’s like it’s both implicitly and explicitly sexy at the same time.
How do you create your works?
I work in a fantastic 3D software called Cinema 4D and render with Corona Renderer. C4D let’s you create almost exactly those things your mind come up with.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I spend a lot of time with my family, and I really like having friends over for very lengthy dinners. Midnight is a great conversationalist. Other than that, I read and think of space.
If you were an animal, which one would you want to be?
A bird. Totally a bird.
Everything you can put ’Ndjua and parmigiano on. I’m simple like that.
Next level is always my next project.
