BEST WINTER OUTFITS IN FILMS

REDMILK REMEMBERS THE BEST FILM LOOKS TO CELEBRATE THE WINTER SEASON.

A purely winter and classic look is worn by Sienna Miller in “Alfie” 2004: long black dress and coat with fake fur collar. A blazer, a belt and a light-colored sweatshirt is beautifully screened by Diane Keaton in Woody Allen’s “Mysterious Manhattan murder” (1993).

Researched the style of Ralph Fiennes in “Bernard and Doris” (2006) where he plays the butler of the rich heiress Doris Duke. Among the various outfits (Bernard is always more elegant while getting closer to Doris’s figure) one of the most iconic is worn during a drink in the living room of Doris’ villa, while her companion of the moment was playing the piano.

We go back to the past, in 1955, with Franco Rossi’s “Friends for the skin”, a film that talks about the friendship between two young boys: we see simple cutted coats which are still contemporary.

Perfect for a Sunday morning is the look that Amy Adams (Susan) wears in Tom Ford’s “Noctural Animals” movie, in her bright room: a light blue sweater and (of course Tom Ford’s) black eyewear on bed.
