MFW FALL WINTER 2017-18 – WUNDERKIND
The attitude is that of someone who doesn’t care about the world and goes on her own way. The Wunderkind woman for FW17 is a champion in the art of sprezzatura, she walks with her hands in her pockets and a hood over her head, nothing can stop her. She plays with fashion by her own rules and discovers a new femininity through the careful combination of masculine elements, sartorial cuts, military inspirations and a touch of grunge. The emphasis is all on the blazer, which is declined in a thousand ways: now it’s more classic in tweed, now a bit dandy in burgundy velvet embellished with a motif of cherry blossoms. A more daring femininity is always around the corner and peeps out from skirts with an irregular cut adorned with zips and buttons and from flowing silk dresses peeking under richly embroidered wool sweaters. The colour spectrum ranges from burgundy and red to blue and olive green, typical of military garments.
