Dear Kate, welcome to our pages. Can you briefly introduce Wit & Delight? 

Yes! Wit & Delight is a lifestyle brand. We talk about food, entertaining, decor, fashion and life.

You are promoting self discovery, mental health advocacy and wellness topics: how do you do it through W & D? How do you select all contents?

Our content is designed to inspire self discovery and acceptance, personal growth and wellness, and the confidence to live a life designed with personal well being in mind. We select content that is aspirational and authentic, and allows readers to relate aspects of their own life through our shared experiences.

Which is your list of priorities and advices for a life well lived? 

You’ve got to set your own rules and your own boundaries. We can’t do everything, so it is important to find your priorities. For me, it is family, work, and wellness. That means my social life takes a back seat at times.

Which is your most successful project so far?

We launched a collection with Target in late 2014 that enabled people to bring a little Wit & Delight into their own home. We’re launching more product this year and we’re so excited!

Work and personal life: which is the correct balance nowadays?

If you’re entreprenuerial, in balance is key to getting your business up and running. I think the perfect balance is being OK with your priorities (which sometimes means being OK work being more important than your personal life for a short amount of time), and accepting that we cannot do it all.
