“I work with embroidery and drawing to explore the essence of the signs in their physical manifestation. I draw inspiration from my personal experience and observation of how, in other cultures, the bodies are sometimes conceived as living graphic symbols. I use embroidery to re-interpret and mark the space with a human sign, a trace.”
