Today many photographers face the portraiture in a new vision, like in the case of the Dutch photographer Viviane Sassen.
The photographer began working in the field of fashion photography in 1995, her career has been profoundly marked by her childhood in Kenya, which emerges in many of her works. The images of the photographer are defined at the boundary between fashion and art, for her incredible ability to mix shapes and forms with portraiture.
Sassen’s photographic language -before the forms – is done by color and sinuous bodies. The final images differ from the fashion shoot for giving us a new surreal ideas.
