To feel comfortable with colors take the name of color therapy, a technique that uses them just to cure certain ailments and restore the energy balance of the organism.
Colour therapy was used in ancient times both by the Egyptians and Chinese. Colour plays an important role in children’s lives, influencing mood and state of mind.
Red, Orange and Yellow (warm colors) have a stimulant function: yellow is the color of fantasy, makes you happy and promotes appetite, orange gives strength and vitality, the red highlights and heats.
Blue, light blue, green and purple (cold colors) have a calming and relaxing effect, inducing sleep and in particular the green has a beneficial effect on skin irritations. The blue and light blue instead reassure those who are nervous.
How to use them? Through clothing, display, furniture and food or drinking like polarized water in a color depending on the need of the child.
