FOLLOWING UP THE GROWING ATTENTION DEDICATED TO THE UPCOMING EXPO FOCUSED ON FOOD AND NUTRITION, REDMILK WILL SCOUT CULINARY TALENTS, SOME WELL KNOWN AND OTHER UPCOMING, PERFECTLY MATCHING OUR MOOD
The first gastronomic project we want to present is “Fat Burger & Furious”, born from the appetites of French graphic designer duo Thomas Weil and Quentin Weisbuch, founders of “Furious” studio.
It all started as a simple kitchen test, a remedy for boring lunch breaks made of tasteless sandwiches, and from the desire to experiment with both taste and imagination.
From then on for Thomas and Quentin has quickly become a ritual: every week in just two-hour they invent a new recipe for a new burger, run to the supermarket to pick up the ingredients, cook, arrange the set to take a picture, and only after their work it’s finally immortalized, relish their hamburger.
Fat & Furious Burger can safely be considered a pop-gastronomic work of art, which first piqued the network curiosity, quickly reaching the media attention, culminating in a television appearance in the US edition of Masterchef and with the publication of an eponymous cookbook in September 2014.
Quentin & Thomas with their taste (both gastronomic and artistic) and their intrepid recipes brought the concept of “playing with food” to a whole new level!
