Grapes, apple and pomegranate

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

a bunch of grapes
1 pomegranate
2 apples

Preparation:

Well wash the grapes and the apples and cut them into small pieces. Put the fruit into the filler chute, turn on the juicer and press the fruit down with the plunger. The juice will then be collected in the juice container. Cut the pomegranate into pieces, removing the seeds. The white part is very bitter and must be eliminated. Juice everything and pour into the glasses.

 

Strawberries, apple, peaches and mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

125 gr of strawberries
1 apple
2 peaches
a little mint as required

Preparation:

Well wash everything, removing the leaves from the strawberries. Then cut the peaches into wedges, eliminating the stones. If you want to prevent the fruit from discolouring, add a few drops of lemon. Put everything into the juicer and turn it on. Before drinking, mix the result thoroughly.

 

Cleansing fruit and vegetables

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of coriander
1/2 cup of mango
2 cups of water
1 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of avocado

Preparation:

Blend together the spinach, coriander and water, then add the fruit ad blend again.
