Until the 21st of July 2014 in 12 rue Perrée, Paris, the Broken Arm concept store (the-broken-arm.com) is hosting the exhibition 2×21: a fusion of fashion design, art and food in the heart of the Haut Marais. Exactly where? In the store founded and created by Anais Lafarge, William Steinmetz e Romain Joste. It would be pleasant to lose oneself amongst the attractions before a tasty lunch at the picturesque bar nearby, until one mixes it all with a photographic exhibition held simultaneously and currently, in collaboration with Thomas Erber and Antoine Beaupré, who have celebrated the arrival of summer with the work of artists of the calibre of Sonia Sieff, Benoit Peverelli, Gennaio Welters, Stéphane Sednaoui, Olivier Amsellem and Elina Kechicheva.
10th June – 12th July
For more than a month Colette (colette.fr) will host a special project in collaboration with Each x Other and Robert Montgomery (robertmontgomery.org) to celebrate the launch of the series entitled “Artists’ Multiples”, curated by Each x Other. The most famous Parisian concept store will host a solo exhibition of Robert Montgomery artist, with six of his wall-size works: an aluminium cast, a xylograph, two light pieces, a lithograph and a photograph. Until the 29th of June, during the entire period of menswear week, the front window facing rue Saint-Honoré is showcasing an exclusive version of the light piece, “The Slow Disappearance of Meaning and Truth”, while a selection of clothing for men and women from the 2014 Pre-Fall collection, inspired by Montgomery’s art, will be presented together with an exclusive, limited edition T-shirt.
