200 gr of flour
150 gr of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
4 tablespoons room-temperature margarine
50 gr dried cranberries
30 gr of oatmeal
1. In a very large bowl mix together the sugar, the margarine and the coconut oil. Add the flour little by little and knead in the meantime. Then, stir in the cranberries and the oatmeal distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
2. Preheat oven to 160°C and prepare a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. With the help of a scoop form balls from the dough and place them distant on the baking sheet. Mash with a fork, making them flat and bake for 12-15 minutes.
3. Repeat this process until you run out of dough.
