CREPES

140 gr flour 00
220 ml plant milk
30 ml seed oil
100 ml water
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add the water, the soy milk, sugar, oil and turmeric. Mix everything  until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.

2. Let it stand for about 40 minutes. Then grease a pan with oil or margarine and pour 4 tablespoons of the mixture. Evenly distribute the batter over the entire surface of the pan.

3. After a few minutes the crepe edges begin to come off, then turn and cook the other side.

4. Stuff the crepe when it is still on the pan, placing the jam on half of it, then fold it into quarters.
