STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

200 gr strawberries (fresh or frozen)
150 ml almond milk
3 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 gr tapioca pearls

1. Cut the strawberries into pieces and place in a bowl with brown sugar and lemon juice. Let them stand for 10 minutes.

2. Put the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice in a blender and add the almond milk, then operate it for 3 minutes until all ingredients are perfectly blended.

3. Pour the milkshake into a long glass and add the tapioca pearls distributing them with a spoon.
