DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

Ingredients (x 12):

120 gr of flour 00
70 gr of cocoa
50 gr of chocolate chips
2 tbsp of brown sugar
130 ml of almond milk
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
+
fruit and syrup to decorate

1. In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

2. In another bowl whisk the brown sugar, almond milk and coconut oil until it gets a creamy texture. After that, incorporates hand to hand the flour mix to the other ingredients. If the dough is too dry, add a little bit more of almond milk.

3. Finally add the chocolate chips and let stand in refrigerator for half an hour. Heat a lightly greased pan and arrange two tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook each side for approximately 2 minutes.

4. Serve hot with fresh fruit. Add syrup if you like.
